Rialya On Track For Adelaide Cup

Well Rialya bounded into Adelaide Cup contention Saturday with a brilliant all the way win in the Listed $80,000 Birthday Cup over 1800 metres.

He was perfectly rated by jockey Shayne Cahill in front and after being headed at the 300 metre mark proved too strong in the final stages.

The horse will now progress to the Lord Reims 2600 metres in a fortnight before hopefully heading to the Adelaide Cup on March 12.
